- Free shipping is available for all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
- For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please contact us before placing your order. Shipping rates are typically higher, and not all items are eligible for delivery to these locations.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or Canada.
🕒 Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment.
- Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on business days.
- We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Most shipments arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Please ensure your Ship-To address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are issued minus a 5% restocking fee.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
