5000 14.5×19 Yellow Poly Mailers: Size and Pack Details

• Pack count: 5000 mailers.
• Listed size: 14.5 x 19.
• Color: Yellow.
• Material: Poly film.
• Closure: Self-seal adhesive closure.

The flexible film follows the shape of the contents. It also takes up little space when stored flat. Choose the whole packing method for the item you plan to send. Add inner support or use a box when goods need firm walls or extra protection at the edges.

Before using 5000 14.5×19 yellow poly mailers, measure the entire item with any sleeve or inner wrap. Leave enough room to fill the mailer and close it without pulling the seams tight. Then check that corners and sharp edges do not press into the film. Also, keep the adhesive area clear of the contents.

How to Fill and Seal 5000 14.5×19 Yellow Poly Mailers

1. First, place the item in a clean, dry mailer.
2. Next, check the fit and smooth out trapped air.
3. Keep the closure and adhesive area clean.
4. Remove the release liner when ready to seal.
5. Then close the flap and press firmly across the adhesive.
6. Finally, apply a clear label to a flat area.

Check the seams and closure before the parcel leaves your packing bench. If the bag bulges or will not close fully, choose a larger size. For repeat orders, note the size and packing layout that fit your goods. Then weigh and measure the complete parcel for its shipping label.

Keep Colored Mailers Ready for Orders

Store your 5000 14.5×19 yellow poly mailers flat and dry until needed. Take out a manageable stack as work comes in. Also, keep spare mailers away from dust and sharp tools. Leave the release liners in place until you are ready to close each bag.

Use the color to keep a consistent look across the orders packed in this size. Check that labels remain easy to read on the finished parcel. Browse ValueMailers packing supplies for other listed options. Compare each product’s size and pack count before choosing your next supply.
