Choose a Fit for the Packed Item

Choose your 100 #0 poly bubble mailers around the item you plan to send. Then allow room for its case, sleeve or extra wrap. The usable space is smaller than the full mailer size because the flap takes up part of the length. Also, a thick item needs room across the sides as well as along the opening.

These mailers may suit CDs, DVDs or small accessories when the complete item fits. First, try one packed sample. It should slide inside without a hard push. Next, check that the flap can close flat. If the item strains a seam or blocks the flap, choose a larger size.

Seal Your 100 #0 Poly Bubble Mailers

Use the self-seal flaps to close each parcel. Place the item inside with any extra protection it needs. Then peel the strip from the adhesive and press the flap firmly along its width. Keep dust and loose packing material away from the seal. Finally, place the shipping label on a flat part of the outer surface.

The bubble lining adds cushioning, but a soft mailer does not give the rigid support of a box. For goods that can bend, crush or break, assess the whole pack before dispatch. Compare brown corrugated boxes when your item needs more structure.

Keep Your Packing Bench Ready

Keep your pack of 100 #0 poly bubble mailers flat, clean and dry. Keep the adhesive flaps covered until use. A small supply near the packing bench can make repeat orders easier to prepare. Check the listed size and pack count before adding the quantity you need to your cart.
