Free shipping is available for most orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please contact us before placing your order. Shipping rates are typically higher, and not all items are eligible for delivery to these locations.

We can ship to PO Boxes for smaller items via USPS only. Larger items and multi-package shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or Canada.

⚠️ Remote Area & Carrier Surcharges

Certain delivery locations, including rural or remote areas, may incur additional carrier surcharges such as Delivery Area Surcharges (DAS) imposed by FedEx, UPS, or other carriers.

If additional shipping charges apply to your order based on location or shipment requirements, our team will contact you prior to processing to review available options and confirm any necessary adjustments.

If the updated shipping cost is declined, the order may be canceled and refunded in full prior to shipment.

🕒 Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment.

Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days.

We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Most shipments arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your Ship-To address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by address errors.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds are issued minus a 5% restocking fee
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
