How to Use 48 inch VCI roll

1. First, check the packing requirements of the metal parts.
2. Prepare the parts as directed by the applicable handling procedure.

5. Place the material using the product instructions and your tested packing layout.
6. Then close and inspect the complete outer package.

Choose a VCI packing method for the metal, storage period and environment involved. This listing does not establish a universal protection duration or compatibility with every metal. Follow the applicable product instructions rather than assuming that any wrapping pattern gives the same result.

Check your 48 inch VCI roll as part of the full packing process. Keep a note of the product format, equipment and layout you tested. Repeat the check when the goods, outer package or work method changes. Do not assume that a method suited to one item will fit every order.

Keep Your Packing Supplies Organized

Keep unused roll material clean and stored as directed by the product instructions. Protect spare material from dirt while working through a packing batch. Set out a manageable supply for the current job and keep spare material clean. Clear away loose offcuts as you finish, so the next order starts with a tidy work area.
